Search to Install New Features

You can search and install new features to work with CA InterTest.

To search for new features

  1. Select Help, Software Updates, Update InterTest.

    The Install window opens the Feature Updates page.

  2. Select Search for new features to install and click Next.

    The Install window opens the Update sites to visit page.

  3. Click the following buttons to manage the items in the Sites to include in search field.
  4. Check the Ignore features not applicable to this environment to avoid adding features unnecessary for the existing environment.
  5. Check the Automatically select mirrors to automatically view the list of mirror sites.
  6. Click Finish to start the update process.

The Update Manager dialog opens showing the progress of the software update process. You can use the following three buttons to track the software update process:

The newly installed features are available for use.
