Import Schedule Files
You can import schedule files for both DB2/SP and IMS/DC transactions.
Note: Import will import all schedule entries, for both DB2 SP and IMS/DC.
To import schedule files
- Open the DB2 and IMS Scheduling dialog.
- Click Import.
The Scheduling Import dialog opens.
- Type a fully qualified data set name or select one from the Dataset Name drop-down list. Make sure you use a fully qualified z/OS data set name as input to the import process.
Note: Do not enclose the data set name in quotes.
- Select a data set type in the Dataset Type for Import field:
- PDSSpecifies that the data set is a PDS (partitioned data set) data set. Type or select a valid PDS member name from the Member dropdown list.
- SequentialSpecifies that the data set is a sequential file. Leave the Member field blank.
- Click OK.
The DB2 and IMS Scheduling dialog refreshes to display the imported schedule.
