Add Filters to Bookmarks

You can define filters to bookmarks using the Filters dialog. The procedure to define filters for bookmarks is similar to that of defining filters for tasks.

To add filters to bookmarks

  1. Select Window, Show Views, Bookmarks to display the Bookmarks view.
  2. Select the bookmark to which you want to add filters.
  3. Click the Configure the filters to be applied to this view button on the Bookmarks view toolbar.

    The Filters dialog opens.

  4. Click New to create a new filter criterion.

    The Add New Filter dialog opens.

  5. Enter the name for the new filter and click OK.

    The User Filters box displays the updated list of filters available for use.

  6. Use one or more of the following to define a filter criterion:
  7. Click OK to save the filter definitions.

    The Bookmarks view displays only those bookmarks that satisfy the criterion defined in the filter.
