Add a Host

A host is used for connecting to the DB2 database using a TSO or CICS login. You can add and remove a host from the Preferences window during login.

Follow these steps:

1. Click the Window menu.

2. Select Preferences from the drop-down.
   The Preference Window appears.

3. Enter a host name in the Host field and click Add.
   The new host is added to the host list.

4. Click Apply.

The new host is added and saved to the preferences.
